Dry Needling & Return-to-Sport

Two ways to go further: dry needling as a focused add-on to your care, and a return-to-sport program that guides you from surgery back to the field.

Dry needling

Dry needling is a 30-minute add-on to your physical therapy visit. Your physical therapist uses thin needles as one tool within your treatment plan, alongside movement and strengthening.

The add-on is $95 for cash-pay patients. Ask us about coverage under your plan.

Post-surgical return-to-sport program

Getting cleared to walk is not the same as being ready to cut, jump or race. Our return-to-sport program is for patients after orthopedic surgery, such as ACL reconstruction, who want to get back to their sport with a clear plan and a team behind them.

We build on your early rehab with progressive strength, power and sport-specific work so that the final steps are deliberate, not rushed.

Who it's for

  • Athletes recovering from ACL reconstruction
  • Runners returning to training after surgery
  • Weekend warriors getting back to recreational leagues
  • Anyone who wants a structured path after an orthopedic operation
