Our specialties

Sports & Orthopedic Rehab

Whether you're recovering from surgery or a tweak that won't settle, we build a plan around the sport, job or weekend routine you want back.

What we treat

Our founders hold board certifications in orthopedics (OCS) and sports (SCS), and that focus shapes the care across our team. We see everything from a first ankle sprain to a multi-month surgical recovery.

  • ACL reconstruction rehab
  • Rotator cuff injuries and shoulder pain
  • Ankle sprains and instability
  • Knee, hip and back pain
  • Overuse injuries from running, lifting and racquet sports
  • Recovery after orthopedic surgery

How care works

We start by listening to your history and goals, then assess how you move: strength, mobility and the movement patterns your sport asks of you. From there, treatment combines hands-on care with exercises you can do at home, and we adjust as you improve.

When surgery is part of your story, our post-surgical return-to-sport program picks up where basic rehab ends.

Who it's for

Weekend warriors, marathon trainees, lifters, golfers, parents chasing toddlers: anyone whose body is holding back what they want to do. You can book without a referral, and we accept most major insurance.

Common questions

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. Maine allows direct access, so you can self-refer to physical therapy.

Can you help after ACL surgery?

Yes. ACL reconstruction rehab is one of our core areas, and our return-to-sport program supports the later stages of recovery.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept Anthem, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare and MaineCare. Cash rates are also available.
